The graduate program is an annual initiative within the leadership development program that identifies technically qualified fresh graduates, with a winning attitude and high potential from a broad array of study disciplines and across geographies. It creates the basis for a continued leadership pipeline, sustained organisational growth and business continuity.
Besides building a talent base, Centum also seeks to leverage on its past successes with growing staff from within. The programme is therefore aimed at giving structure and focus to Centum’s strategic priority of nurturing talent from within.
Candidates in the program undergo a rigorous selection process that commences in April each year with on boarding on or about June/July each year.
Successful candidates under the programme undergo formal training for a period of two years after which they will take up positions within the Centum Group.
