Centum Investment Company Ltd, through its associate company Pearl Marina Estates Limited, owns 300 acres of land located on the Garuga Peninsula, on the shores of Lake Victoria. The land is strategically situated between Entebbe International Airport and Kampala about 22km from the airport and 32km from Kampala by road. Through 2 km of Lake frontage, the land is also accessible on water and is 10 km from Entebbe Airport Marina (10 minutes by speed boat) and 26 km from Port Bell.
The land is already serviced with basic infrastructure including; electricity, piped water, and an all-weather murram access road from the Kitara Trading Center with government plans in place to tarmac it in the not too distant future.The site is a veritable archipelago of pristine ecosystems with a variety of flaura and fauna such as the fish eagle, the marabou stork and a variety of indigenous trees easily visible along what was formerly a golf course on the site.
