THE DEVELOPMENT

Two Rivers is a mixed use development set on a 100 acre parcel of land straddled by two rivers neighbouringthe Diplomatic area of Runda, Gigiri and Limuru Rd.

The site has now been master planned, relevant planning approvals secured and currently finalising on scheme designs for Phase 1.

The proposed development is envisioned to integrate first world premium facilities comprising of: REL (Retail, Entertainment and Lifestyle facilities), modern office parks, residential apartments, hotels and public amenities (clinics, schools).

These facilities will be supported by high quality centrally managed state of the art infrastructure.

The development will be constructed in phases and when complete it will have a total build up area of about 830,000 SQM.

THE LOCATION

The site is only 10 minutes drive from the United Nations Complex; 20 minutes drive from Nairobi CBD and 30 minutes to the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport with a primary catchment area that has an annual spend of US$420 million within a 5 KM radius

The development is well linked to a wider catchment area within the Nairobi Metropolitan Region.  There is high demand for commercial development in the neighborhood.
