Our Strategy
To enable us to achieve our goals and realize our mission, we have organized our business into three distinct business lines namely PE, QPE and REI.
The PE business makes both control and non-control investments in private companies and manages a portfolio of private investment holdings. This is at the heart of Centum’s business.
The QPE business line takes significant equity positions in listed companies across Africa in addition to managing a portfolio of publicly traded equity and debt securities. This business line also performs a treasury function and supports our liquidity due to the ease of buying and selling securities.
The REI business focuses on acquiring medium to large sized parcels of land and developing master planned integrated developments.
